Terms:

State and local taxes of 12.5% plus a one time cleaning fee of $100 apply.
Reservation is confirmed upon acceptance of your $500 deposit.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to your check-in.
Cancelation within the 45 days of your check-in will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Deposit and balance of payment can be made by check, money order or use of PayPal®.
Please note, any payment made with PayPal® will require an additional 3% added
to the amount .
